About this Program
This one day training session is designed to help both experienced trainers and newer trainers and assessors improve ice breaking and communication techniques in class. It covers the in-class and pre-class preparations to improve communications with students, other trainers at the RTO and general business verbal communications.

Mo Kader is a training, development and commerce professional with 12 years experience in integrating business frameworks with training and development. He is a tertiary and VET educator and an experienced business professional. He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute and Senior Associate at the Australasian Financial Services Institute. With university degrees in business, management, education and law, Mo's interests are in aligning training frameworks with educational and business outcomes. |
