Our CEO, Javier Amaro has over 15 years experience as a trainer, instructional designer, and learning management consultant. Javier's knowledge in training delivery and design, and quality management systems for training organisations, offers to Insources' clients' access to deeper levels of expertise in key areas of the RTO operations. Javier is also the director of InNews and Insources Training and Education Blog, and has participated in different projects dedicated to the improvement of training and educations system, such as the development of the ASTDI Code of Professional Practice.

1. Defining the organization goals and resources available
Whether you want to measure the effectiveness of your training performance (internal audit), or add new programs to your scope, new training locations; or use different learning delivery methods; the first step is defining your goals and the resources available to be use in order to achieve that goal.
2. Developing a project plan
A detailed project plan is developed in consultation with our client, to provide clear information on the scope of the project, including benchmarks, timelines, and costs.
3. Provide advice, training and tools to achieve the goals
During this stage, Insources' consultant will provide advice to clients, equipping the organization and its staff with the knowledge, skills and tools required to succeed in achieving the goals. We provide training to the organization staff to perform the desired tasks, and we support the process by giving our clients the systems and tools (Policies, Procedures, Forms, Checklists etc) required to complete the project.
4. Review the project outcome
All projects are reviewed against project goals and client satisfaction. The review is documented and discussed with the client as part of the client's continuous improvement process.

Insources develops your Quality Management Systems with you, and supports you all the way throughout the process until your organisation achieves the registration.
