RTOs Flying Squad audits. An international Students Flying Squad has been established to audit RTOs approved to provide courses to overseas students. Flying Squad audits includes an assessment of the new requirements: a principal purpose of providing education; and clearly demonstrated capacity to provide education of a satisfactory standard.
