Statutory Declarations Act 1959
Your declaration states whether your RTO currently meets the requirements of the Standards across all scope of registration and that your RTO has met these requirements in the previous 12 months. And, that your training and assessment strategies and practices are in place to ensure all current and prospective learners will be trained and assessed in accordance with the requirements of the Standards for RTOs 2015.
In fact, if you are the CEO of a RTO, you have signed a declaration under the Statutory Declarations Act 1959 stating that you accept the responsibility for ensuring your RTO complies with the VET Quality Framework and all other applicable conditions of registration at all times.
Once submitted, the annual declaration confirms:
You understand compliance requirements (under the Standards for RTOs 2015)
You continuously monitor and assess your RTO's performance
Your RTO has produced evidence to back up your declaration (i.e. self-assessment tool)

The lessons (webinars) and learning materials are available in our LMS Canvas for you to work through at your own pace. You can access learning content (videos, readings, quizzes, discussion board) using a PC, laptop, tablet, or even your mobile phone.
This interactive online platform will allow you to interact and address specific questions with our principal consultant Javier Amaro.
When you have finished the program, you will have the knowledge, confidence and tools to complete all tasks required before you submit your annual Declaration of Compliance.
